Medical & dental commercial cleaning
EPA-N protocols, hospital-grade chemistry, and HIPAA-aware crews. Cleaning programs for medical practices, dental groups, urgent cares, and surgical centers across the Florida Gulf Coast.

HOW WE RUN IT
Programs scoped to medical & dental — not a janitorial template.
Medical and dental cleaning isn't ordinary janitorial. The chemistry is different. The protocols are different. Patient rooms, exam tables, dental operatories, restrooms, waiting areas, and back-of-house all require their own checklist — and the crew has to know which is which.
RMS Clean runs EPA List N disinfectants as standard for medical accounts. Crews are trained on bloodborne-pathogen protocols and on operating quietly around patients when shifts overlap. Visit logs and quality checklists go to the practice manager every visit.
Most of our medical accounts are recurring nightly or several-times-a-week. We also handle post-construction handover cleans for new practice build-outs.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Are RMS crews trained for medical environments?
Yes. Crews running medical and dental accounts are trained on bloodborne-pathogen protocols, EPA List N disinfectant use, patient-area protocols, and HIPAA-aware behavior on site. Each account also has a dedicated site supervisor accountable to the practice manager.
Do you provide visit logs for compliance?
Yes. Every visit is logged with a written quality checklist signed off by the supervisor. Practice managers receive monthly summaries and can request weekly reports for accreditation purposes.
Can you handle post-construction cleans for medical build-outs?
Yes. We scope, scale, and execute rough-through-white-glove cleans for new practice build-outs and tenant improvements. Typical handover window is 48 hours from scope.
