How we ended up running cleaning programs across the Gulf Coast.
RMS Clean started two decades ago with a single account, a small crew, and a Marine's belief that the work shows. No cutting corners, no quiet rate creep, no excuses.
Today we run recurring janitorial, post-construction, sanitization, and floor care programs for medical offices, professional buildings, retail, restaurants, and property managers from Spring Hill to downtown Tampa.
Every account gets one assigned site supervisor — same point of contact for the life of the contract — and a written scope you can hand to your accountant.

Michael spent his formative years in the United States Marine Corps. The same standards he was held to there — show up, do the work, account for it — are the standards RMS Clean runs on today.
He still walks accounts personally. Property managers and facility directors have his number. New scopes are signed off by him before a crew gets dispatched. That's the difference between a national vendor and a Marine-owned operation that has to look you in the eye on the next walkthrough.

Every account runs on commercial-grade, EPA-registered products — green-seal, fragrance-free, or List N protocols available on request.
Logged visits + quality checklist
Every clean is signed off, logged, and reviewable. Quarterly walkthroughs with your contact. No "trust us" — proof every time.
